I started this business thinking I was just decorating parties…

But this journey has been so much more than that.

It has pushed me to face some of my biggest fears—
the fear of not being enough,
of not being chosen,
of disappointing others.

For a long time, I questioned if what I do really mattered.
Especially coming from a family where impact looked very different.

But little by little, I’ve come to understand something:

Creating spaces where families can slow down, connect,
and where kids feel loved just for being who they are…
that matters more than I ever realized.

At Big Little Parties, every celebration we create is intentional — from the way a space is styled to how families feel when they walk in. Everything matters.

We’re currently hiring a Kids Party Stylist & Hostess (part-time) to support our events and celebrations.

This role is perfect for someone who:
– enjoys creating with their hands
– has an eye for detail
– loves working with people (and little ones 🤍)
– and is available on weekends

No experience? That’s okay.
We provide training — we’re looking for the right energy, attitude, and care.

✨ You’ll gain hands-on experience in event styling, guest experience, and working in a live event environment — all within a supportive and creative team.
