The High Tide Christmas Party was a celebration of flavour, culture, and connection. ✨

We loved bringing this festive gathering to life with interactive food stations inspired by cuisines from around the world. Latin street food, Asian street bites, Indian street food, fresh pizza, elevated appetizers, and decadent desserts created a truly global experience.

Craft cocktails flowed throughout the night as music filled the room, the dance floor stayed busy, and a dancing robot brought an unexpected spark of fun. Ice sculptures added a touch of winter magic, rounding out an evening full of energy, creativity, and holiday cheer.

🌿 We were thrilled to create a special menu for Entwined, the immersive exhibition now showing at . Inspired by the hidden networks and quiet communication of trees, we crafted dishes that celebrate connection, earthiness, and vibrant flavour.

On the menu:
• Kale wrapped harissa lamb skewers
• Grilled Halloumi with a Sumac honey glaze
• Charred broccoli with yellow pepper romesco
