Do you have picky eaters at home? Including them in the meal time decisions and letting them exercise some control by choosing which fruit and vegetables the family will be consuming will go a long way. Giving them input and voice in the process makes a difference.

Well July 1st marked the second half of the year has started. What a great time to reflect on where you are in in reaching your goals, habit changes and which direction you wish to take for the rest of the year. Remember life is not race but a journey and you can make changes that make sense to you at any point. There are six months left before the book is closed for 2019. It is your pages in your story to write. It's HUSTLE time!!
