We are pleased the announce the return of Supper Club! Edition No. 6 is live and we are bringing the mountains to the heart of Downtown Calgary.
The evening features the renowned Chef Tracy Little. Driven by her inexplicably close connection to nature, translates her deep roots of a childhood spent captivated by the untamed Canadian wilderness into imaginative dishes entwined with an immersive culinary experience
Her restaurant, Sauvage connects with guests through the love of the mountains, food and foraging. With a focus on sustainability and craftmanship, this 5 course tasting menu is curated for the season. Paired with sustainable and small-producer wines provided by Marina Beck , this evening will have an emphasis on sustainability and seasonality in food and wine.
