Special Event Rentals is looking for reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team for the busy event season! If you enjoy hands-on work, being on the road, and helping create unforgettable events, we’d love to hear from you.

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Deliver and pick up event rental equipment
• Set up and tear down tables, chairs, staging, dance floors & more
• Provide friendly, professional customer service on-site
• Work with a great team in a fast-paced environment

✨ What You Bring:
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Air brakes an asset)
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team mindset

💲 Starting Pay: $24/hour
📅 Full-time Seasonal Role: May to mid-December
📍 Based in Calgary

Special Event Rentals is looking for an experienced Event Rental Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a background in events, rentals, hospitality, or catering and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This role blends sales, coordination, and logistics—working closely with clients and our internal teams to build quotes, manage orders, and ensure every event is executed seamlessly from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Organized and detail-oriented
✔️ Confident managing multiple projects at once
✔️ A strong communicator and relationship builder
✔️ Experienced in event timelines, logistics, and client service

What you’ll do:
• Turn inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Build accurate, customized quotes
• Guide clients through product selections
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Support showroom visits and consultations

💼 Benefits available after probation
🕒 Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays

Looking for a fun, hands-on role in the events industry? We’re searching for a Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Assistant to help keep our busy rental warehouse running smoothly!

📦 What the schedule looks like:
🗓 October – May: up to 2 days per week
➡️ Shifts include Saturdays and some Fridays

🗓 June – September (busy season!): 2–3 days per week
➡️ Shifts include Saturdays, Sundays and some Fridays

If you enjoy staying active, working behind the scenes of beautiful events, and being part of a great team — this could be the perfect fit!
