We go all out for taco night at our house. Tonight - handmade corn tortilla with pulled pork, fresh BC peach salsa, pickled onion and slaw. Amazing! 😋

This week I'm celebrating my 38th birthday. And I have to say 38 looks great! As a personal trainer I know the importance of consistency for my clients and for myself. So even though I'm celebrating this week, I'm hitting the gym and working hard. But don't worry, there's gonna be lots of food and treats too! 😋
