Most couples think of booking as a task to check off. We think of it as the start of your wedding coordination experience.

Because the moment you become a KB couple, that’s when it begins. Not the week of your wedding. Not at our first Celebration Session. Right then.

And while every wedding has its own timeline, we typically recommend reaching out 9–12+ months before your wedding day if you want to have the most support and availability to choose from. For 2027 couples, that means now is a really good time to start the conversation. 👀

It’s not luck. It’s not “hoping it all comes together.” It’s something we build, weeks in advance.

The Wrangler package kicks off our journey about 5 months before your wedding and gives you a whole lot more than a coordinator who appears a few weeks before the big day.

Think of us as your wedding fairy god mother, with a standing invitation to the group chat.

🪩 Your vendor communication gets handed over to us 60 days out, so your inbox can finally breathe

🪩 Complete production preparation - timelines, floor plans, seating, allergies, family + friend timelines, logistics and all the tiny details that make the big picture work

🪩 Support with key vendor meetings when an extra set of experienced eyes would be helpful

Meet Nat, KB Wedding Producer!!

If anticipation were a superpower, Nat would be wearing the cape. She has an incredible ability to read the room, stay one step ahead and protect the flow of the day, making sure both our couples AND their guests feel cared for.

Her wedding day essentials? A cortado, plenty of snacks and a few deep breaths (plus a quick 30-second jump session) before the doors open.

Nat’s This or That:
• First look > aisle reveal
• Table by table seating charts > alphabetized
• Full song first dance > 90 second edit
• Vintage car > party bus

When she’s not making sure every floral arrangement is perfectly balanced or reaching for pliers and tape from the emergency kit on a wedding day .. you’ll probably find her enjoying an açaí bowl or cooking up something amazing in the kitchen. 👩🏻‍🍳

With multitasking as her superpower, Morgan brings the kind of steady energy that keeps a wedding day feeling smooth and full of excitement.

Her wedding day essentials are simple: an iced caramel macchiato, a mini sewing kit and the kind of energy that keeps everyone going.

Meet Meghan, KB Wedding Day Assistant and queen of adaptability. She’s the one quietly smoothing out the tiny things no one else sees .. realigning chairs and straightening every centrepiece.

Her secret talent, unrelated to weddings, is closet organization, which honestly tracks. That same eye for order and flow shows up in the way she styles a space and notices the details that make everything feel just right.

At 6AM on a wedding day, Meghan is: 🦸🏼‍♀️🤳🏼❤️

This is the heart of the KB Weddings philosophy: you shouldn’t have to trade presence for a smooth wedding day… and neither should your family.

When a professional owns these pieces, your family isn’t “on duty” .. they’re on the dance floor, in the photos and in the memories with you.

Here are 5 things your coordinator should own:

1️⃣ Timeline Management
Building in and protecting small breathing spaces in your timeline (to eat, touch up, hug your people) so the day doesn’t feel like a sprint from one event to the next.

2️⃣ Vendor Communication
Making sure everyone knows where to park, unload, and enter so they’re not calling you (or your mom) lost in the parking lot 30 minutes before the ceremony.

3️⃣ Setup + Checkins
Coordinating with your photo/vid team so they’re ready for key moments while juggling the set up of each service in an efficient order.

4️⃣ Problem Solving In Real Time
Handling questions like “we’re out of pens for the guestbook” or “Uncle Mark changed his meal choice” or “it’s snowing .. will you wipe my ceremony chair”

5️⃣ Guest Questions
Quietly shifting guests from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, making sure drinks and music are ready, and that no one is wandering confused while you’re trying to enjoy your photos.
