A little fall colour, a generous spread, and a place to gather🍂

Last week, we brought the catering to the Green House at Granary Road - a lovely spot for family gatherings, celebrations and catching up over good food.

From the first setup to the finishing touches, our team loved being part of this one.

The part guests don’t always see 😏 A few final touches, a lot of hands working together, and another course ready to make its way to the table.

How do you say hello to the neighbours? With bratwurst, b**r, and a little Oktoberfest energy, of course 🌭🍻

We’re new to the area, so we invited nearby businesses over for lunch and gave our team an excuse to step away from their desks. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our Oktoberfest Block Party!

And a special shoutout to Trolley 5 for the b**r Trolley 5 Brewpub. You made our lunch break feel like a celebration. Prost! 🥨

What a way to close out the season!🏎️🔥

Rare Cut BBQ rolled into the Bespoke Cars & Coffee 2026 Season Finale last night Bespoke, serving up food alongside an incredible lineup of cars - all while supporting PALS PALS: Pet Therapy Calgary 🐾 🐾

Great cars, great food, and an even better cause. Thanks to everyone who came out! 🙌

They brought their best shot. We brought dinner 🍽️🎯

Last week, our team headed to the AHEIA Calgary Fi****ms Centre in DeWinton for the Pheasants Forever Goldenstone Directors Invitational - and here’s a little look at everything happening behind the scenes.

Chefs cooking, plates flying, tables coming together and plenty of teamwork in between. Because while guests enjoyed a day on the range, our crew was busy making sure dinner hit the mark 😉

What does catering at this scale actually look like? 👀

Hundreds of guests. Multiple days. Different service areas. Countless moving pieces - all happening at once! Our time at the CPKC Women’s Open was an incredible opportunity to showcase what Great Events Catering can do when an event goes BIG ⛳

From food preparation and logistics to service and guest experience, every detail had to come together seamlessly. And these photos? They’re only a small glimpse of the full operation behind the scenes.

Large-scale events are what we’re built for. Planning something big? We’d love to be part of it!

A week to remember in Edmonton! ⛳️

Last week, the Great Events Catering team had the opportunity to provide catering and hospitality services at the 2026 CPKC Women’s Open at Royal Mayfair Golf Club 🏌️‍♂️

These photos are just a small glimpse of what went on behind the scenes. From months of preparation and coordination to concessions, hospitality areas, food stations, bars and on-site service, there was so much more happening beyond the camera.

Events of this scale take an incredible amount of teamwork, planning and dedication, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team that made it all happen!👏

Big events take big teams - and we’re ready for the next one!
