Introducing Mr & Mrs Hamilton! They say August is the dog days of summer & this wedding proved to be true. It was hot but magical as they danced & dinned under string lights. This wedding was extra special as they are close friends, literally. I only commuted a few steps to photograph the getting ready shots. Congrats neighbours. How gorgeous is this couple and venue?!!!

This year we prioritized family travel from the first day of summer break. We were on the road for 2.5 weeks and it was wonderful. The kids are growing fast. No regrets. Nothing beats the memories, the friends made, the fresh air & no sense of time. We would fish, float, & let fun flourish. Our busy lives can easily make us lose sight of what’s important. It’s funny how we had been travelling in a trailer, a fraction of the size of our house, and somehow we were so much happier. Less is truly more. We are back home now, refreshed and ready for more weddings & family photoshoots. We can’t wait and we also can’t wait until our next adventure! Hope you are all enjoying your summer too!

The biggest thank you to my hubby Dalton for being my rock during the planning process and ex*****on of Marry Me Wedding Experience. It had many ups and downs along the way. Dalton’s the best partner in life and business. I often get credit for all the planning but to be clear, he’s doing a lot of the heavy lifting behind the scenes. We did it! Thanks for everything you do: this show, all the gigs and my future “big” ideas. I literally couldn’t operate this business without ya. Thanks my love. Cheers to handy husbands everywhere!
