Set against the serene backdrop of Ashley’s family farm, the Ceremony design was inspired by Elements of Mughal décor and Sikh palace architecture — a nod to regal traditions reimagined in a modern, natural setting.

The custom-built Palki (by Finesse Decor) served as the visual and spiritual centerpiece — blending timeless design with personal significance. From the florals to the soft blush tones and golden accents, every detail was designed to feel elegant, grounded, and rich in cultural meaning.

A celebration inspired by love, legacy, and artistry... ✨

This stunning Maiyan & Sangeet was thoughtfully designed as a tribute to George’s Greek heritage — with statues, fountains, and sculptural florals evoking the romance of the Mediterranean.

The gold wings soaring above the bar were custom-made in house by the incredible team at Finesse Decor, creating a powerful symbol of strength, love, and new beginnings.

From every carefully placed floral to the draping and chandeliers overhead, this celebration was a true reflection of beauty, intention, and heart — shared with the people who matter most.

Καλός Ήρθατε – Welcome 🇬🇷

Ashley & George’s Sangeet & Maiyan 🌿

This celebration was a beautiful tribute to George’s Greek heritage, thoughtfully reflected in every detail of the stationery and décor.

From the olive branch motif—a symbol of peace and unity dating back to Ancient Greece—to the refined green, soft neutrals and gold palette, every element reflected meaning and beauty.

The couple’s custom monogram drew from Greek design influences, and the signature drink (Grecian Glory) featured lemon juice, cucumber juice, elderflower syrup, and a hibiscus ice cube — a refreshing nod to the Mediterranean.

Guests were greeted with a quote that set the tone: “The olive branch is a symbol of peace & unity dating back to Ancient Greece. Please join us in celebrating the beginning of our beautiful journey together, rooted in harmony and happiness.” – Love, Ashley & George

Dove motifs on the reserved signage symbolized peace and protection—thoughtfully chosen for the occasion.

✨ “Details make perfection, and perfection is not a detail.”

Every design decision was intentional—no surprise for two Type: Triple A personalities. 🤍 I had such a wonderful experience planning and designing all of the events for this wedding, and it was truly special to work so closely with Ashley to bring her vision to life.

This issue shines a spotlight on inspiring leaders, visionaries, & creatives making waves across industries, and I’m incredibly grateful to be included among such talent. Being recognized for my work in curating exceptional celebrations worldwide is a reminder of the passion & purpose that drives me every day. 💫

In this feature, I share my journey—from my childhood to my career and the struggles of the past five years. It’s been a path marked by challenges, losses, & shifts in relationships. But in September of this year, I had a moment of clarity—an “aha” moment. I’ve been reflecting on everything that’s happened—the changes, the challenges, and the shifting of relationships. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve found a sense of peace. 💫

Step into a winter wonderland of flavor at Zayden’s Winter One-derland! ❄️🎂 The food & drinks were not only delicious but perfectly on theme.

The birthday cake was a true showstopper, designed in the theme colors with baby polar bears, trees, icicles, snow, & snowflakes. Guests were also treated to a dessert & candy station filled with themed goodies like snowman cake popsicles, mini cupcakes, cheesecake & mousse shots, & a colorful array of blue, white, and grey candies. 🍬🍭🍰 There were also sno cones, s’mores & ice cream stations, perfect for all ages! 🍧🍦

During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed passed canapés & a spectacular seafood tower displayed on an ice sculpture. The kids had their own special dinner, while the adults enjoyed dinner served at multiple stations. For late-night cravings, a Late Night Snack Station was set up to keep the party going. 🍽️🦪

And let’s not forget the drinks! A stunning 17’ Ice Bar served up 3 Signature Drinks, featuring edible snowflake drink toppers along with snowflake straws & drink stirrers. A separate cart for the kids featured 2 Mocktails, also in theme colors. We even had snowflake sign holders to complete the look! 🥂❄️

✨With so many exciting details and the family’s wish to keep many elements a surprise, the stationery was thoughtfully designed to guide guests seamlessly through the celebration! ✨

From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted by a North Pole sign with directional arrows pointing to each activity, including the name, time, & room.❄️☃️Each food cart & activity station had signs with specific times—for example, S’mores from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM—to make sure no one missed out, especially the kids! 🍫🔥

The stationery for Zayden’s Winter One-derland birthday wasn’t just about communicating event details—it was a key part of the event branding. We created a custom snowflake logo that tied the entire celebration together! ❄️🌨️

The custom snowflake logo appeared throughout the event—not only on the stationery, but also on the screen design, ice bar, ice sculpture, backdrop, DJ booth, & even on the macarons! It truly became the symbol that brought the entire theme to life. ❄️✨

✨ The night before Zayden’s big Winter One-derland birthday, we had a special family-only cake smash in a room designed just for the event! 🎂❄️

This space was originally created as a Zen Zone—complete with babysitters for guests who needed a break during the celebration. But the evening before, it transformed into the perfect cozy spot. 💖☃️

There was also a fun surprise—a smash chocolate polar bear created by the talented Pastry Chef Kate from the Fairmont Pacific Rim. 🐻🍫 It was such a fun addition that made the moment even more special!

It was a sweet start to an unforgettable weekend of celebrations. ✨🎉❄️.
