Spectra Event Group is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, solutions-focused Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping moving pieces organized, and wants to be a part of bringing incredible events and experiences to life across Western Canada.

You’ll work closely with our Operations, Warehouse, Design and Sales teams to help coordinate the people, products, schedules and logistics behind our events.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator and problem solver
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing timelines
• Collaborative, proactive and ready to jump in when needed
• Interested in building a long-term career in the events industry

/ WE’RE HIRING - FULL-TIME DRIVER / WAREHOUSE PERSONNEL

Spectra Event Group is looking for a reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Driver / Warehouse team member to join our growing team in Burnaby.

This is not a standard delivery job.

You’ll be part of the crew behind some of Western Canada’s largest corporate events, brand activations, and high-profile installations, transporting and handling the environments we build across Vancouver, Whistler, and beyond.

WHAT THE ROLE INCLUDES:
• Driving 3-ton & 5-ton trucks
• Loading + unloading event décor, furniture & installations
• Warehouse operations & inventory support
• On-site event load-ins/load-outs
• Working alongside a high-performing production team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Experience driving larger trucks
• Someone dependable under pressure
• Strong work ethic + attention to detail
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

FULL-TIME • PERMANENT POSITION
$28–$35/hour + benefits eligibility
