This was a sweet little omen after a luxurious run in the forest 🏃🏽‍♀️. She dove past me while biking home and then let me get very close to photograph her for about 15 minutes. by nature to life’s precious gifts

What I know is that no depressed or guilty person can make the necessary healing happen.

Events like these fill our cups so that we can take positive action back into our lives.
