I'm back!! I hadn't planned to take a short hiatus but it was neccesary. The past five months of transition and changes threw me for a loop and the literal flurry of activity and uncertainties were bearing on my mental health. I am so thankful for the support of family and friends and new friends made along the way. I'm also thankful this all happened in the off-season. 🙏
I don't know about you but when I'm stressed, I clean, and eat, but mostly clean. 😁 So a side benefit of all this is my inventory is done, I've discovered I have way too many unused craft supplies and I've finally put a dent in decluttering some rooms and spaces. Silver lining ✔️ Back to a state of mental clarity ✔️ Getting better sleep ✔️
I am ready for my old normal - the beauty and busyness and weddings and events season!! 🥂🎉 The 20th anniversary gala is coming up on June 8 for . They've grown and accomplished so much for children in Rwanda, and are changing lives every day. The theme is The Roaring 20s and tickets are still on sale if you'd like to join the fun! 🎫
Weddings and other special events will span June to October and there is one new opportunity I hope to finalize and share soon. I am ready for all of it!! ❤️
I'm back! The pretty plans and projects I set up during winter 2024 will get their re-start and, the 2k+ event and wedding photos on my phone will make their way to posts, blogs (yes, I'm finally getting time for that this year!) and website updates!
