Edgewater Room couples, save this one.
If you want your photo booth set up *inside* the reception room, your timeline may need more than just “3 hours somewhere in the night.”
For this sample timeline:
3:30 p.m. setup
5:30–6:30 p.m. cocktail hour booth time
6:30–9:00 p.m. idle time
9:00–11:00 p.m. party booth time
That gives you 3 active hours plus 2.5 idle hours, which works well when the booth needs to stay inside the room during dinner.
Before locking in your booth timing, ask your venue:
“Where will the photo booth go during dinner?”
It’s a tiny question that can save a lot of timeline confusion later.
