1. What do you rent?
We rent slushie machines, soft serve ice cream machines, cotton candy machines, popcorn machines, hot dog rollers, nacho & cheese warmers, frozen treat equipment, and more!

2. What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Burlington and surrounding areas across the GTA. Delivery is available.

3. How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the equipment, number of servings, rental duration, and delivery distance. Request a free quote!

4. Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer delivery, setup (when applicable), and pickup. Customer pickup is also available on select rentals.

5. What's included?
Most rentals include the machine. Supplies such as syrup, mix, popcorn kits, cups, cones, bags, etc., can be added based on your event.

6. How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better! Popular dates book quickly, especially weekends and holidays.

7. How do I reserve my date?
A save-the-date deposit is required to secure your booking.

8. Can I cancel my booking?
Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations.

9. Do your machines require power?
Yes. A standard electrical outlet is required. We recommend avoiding household extension cords whenever possible.

10. Can the machines be used outdoors?
Yes, but they must be protected from rain, wind, and direct sunlight.

11. Do you do festivals and corporate events?
Absolutely! We cater to birthdays, weddings, schools, fundraisers, corporate events, festivals, and community events.
