Took the night off to enjoy with friends, and enjoyed some of my own tasty treats! Shrimp cups with whipped cream cheese, stuffed mushrooms, French onion soup bites, Crostinis with goat cheese fig balsamic and prosciutto, Crostinis with goat cheese and peach hot honey, and spanikopita .... Oh what a night! And champagne to ring in 2024...Happy New Year all!

Just a small thank you for my physio team on a gloomy Friday afternoon. Cucumber boats with Feta and Dill, Gougeres made with gruyere and fresh grated nutmeg, and Shrimp tartlettes in phyllo cups with whipped onion cream cheese.
