Congratulations to our Fine Art Award winner, Felicia Donkor! This award given by the Wagstaffes' goes to someone continuing their education in the Arts. Felicia won't be able to attend the Buckhorn Festival of the Arts this weekend unfortunately, but was still able to be presented the award by Michael Dumas Artist yesterday. Best of luck Felicia pursuing your artistic dreams!
