Well what a crazy day that was. We had to smoke 352 half chickens and drop off for 330pm for Elizabethtown kitley fire department. Then had a wedding to serve for 102 people at 7pm. They had smoked brisket, pulled pork, 1/4 chicken, mac and cheese, coleslaw, Caesar salad, buns and a bunch of apps. Time for a drink and then to bed. Thanks again to everyone that helped today to make it all go smooth.
