What a delicious start to Supper Club 2026 🍊✨

Last night, Chef Couillard welcomed guests aboard for the first stop of the season, an unforgettable Mediterranean journey celebrating the vibrant flavours of southern Spain and the rich spices, fragrant aromatics and culinary traditions of Morocco.

With sensational live jazz setting the mood, exceptional food and wonderful company, it was a beautiful evening to kick off another season of Supper Club!

An ode to life at the lake. 🌿🛶

We were incredibly proud to return to The Canadian Canoe Museum Annual Lakeside Gala, joining an extraordinary culinary lineup for an evening celebrating the landscapes, traditions and connections that bring us together here in the Kawarthas.

For this year’s Chef Station, we wanted to create something inspired by the lake itself; a sprawling grazing installation filled with details meant to be discovered as guests grazed their way along the shoreline.

Lush moss and vegetation mingled with locally foraged botanicals, colourful garden produce and edible treasures tucked into every corner. Tiny canoes and hand-moulded artisan butter fish appeared throughout the landscape, while a cream cheese canvas was painted to resemble the meeting of water and shore.

Above it all, layers of delicate fabrics swept and cascaded through the installation like rolling waves.

Thank you to the Canadian Canoe Museum for inviting us back for another incredible evening!
