Attention any Yorkdale/Saltcoats kindergarten parents that just had kids finish kindergarten! Please join the group, and message with numbers! Need by mid afternoon tomorrow! Hey everyone! Some of the parents are hoping to put on a Kindergarten Celebration/Mock graduation for the Classes from Yorkdale/Saltcoats Elementary School! This is not a Gssd program or event.

The event would be held at Lexster's Dreamland Indoor Playground and Event Centre In Bredenbury Sk, Just East of Yorkton on July 10th from 4:30 Pm to 8:00Pm. We are wanting to have a stage setup for the kids to cross with cap and gowns on, receiving a mock graduation certificate for the completion of Kindergarten! Seating would be bring your own lawn chair! Before, after the ceremony there would be time to play on the bouncy castles, Slides, Obstacles course, and Maze area to make the kids memories last a life time!

There will be ceremony held at 5:45 Pm as well with a hot dog supper following! We would ask the that it would be $5.00 per person for a hot dog, chips, and drink! Pre ordered amounts for food count, will also have extras for any other family that can make it last minute!

We have a photographer that is willing to have pre setup photo shoot areas for professional photos with gap and gowns of the kids if we have enough interest from parents! the cost would be $20.00 per kid for three photos and online access to print as many as you would like after! This would be a time slot opportunity that would be pre booked! We would need to know ahead of time as it will be a tight schedule with so many kids!

We will need volunteers for the following tasks!

-Stage setup and decorations

-Ceremony mc

-Mock transcripts

-Cooking,Food prep

-Food table for serving

-Clean up Crew

Lexster’s info!
-Our rentals are private with no public drop in access during your event.
-We allow up to 15 kids per private rental, after 15 it is $5 per child .
-We have a eating/drink area with seating for 40 people.
-We have an onsite bbq for rent.
-We require all children to have indoor apex grip socks, which can be brought to the rink or purchased at the rink for $3.00.
-Customer is responsible for cleanup after their event or will be charge a cleanup fee.
-Children must have adult supervision at all times!
-Lexster’s has a custom caterer for all your cake and treats needs which can be delivered to your private rental or picked up!
