One of the best on and off the field! Great Job Coach Geoff!

Coach Geoff was named Player of the Game this past week, and we are not surprised! Way to prove (as we have always said) that Ninja training can improve your abilities and strengths for other sports as well!

The Thunderbirds had this to say about Coach Geoff's performance:
Geoffrey: embodied what it means to be a Thunderbird. He played physical game exhibited great talent and will to get the job done. Rushed for 112 yards on 10 carries. Grit and grind throughout the whole process, he was not going to be denied

From "Ninja Mom" to "Ninja"!

Our brand-new Ladies Obstacle Training Class kicks off next Tuesday from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM!

We designed this class because we wanted women to have a safe, high-energy environment to improve their overall fitness, try something new, and feel part of a supportive community.

We know it can be intimidating to workout in a commercial-gym, and we don't want you to miss out on becoming your best self just because you don't have a place where you get to be you! Join us on Tuesdays and see how fun fitness can be!

Every 90-minute session includes 60 minutes of coaching, followed by 30 minutes of open floor time.
