Seeing the need for an open and inviting rental space for creators from different realms, we designed Sunroom Studios to accommodate photographers, filmmakers, musicians, artists, and your next event. Sunroom Studios is a canvas for you to bring your creativity to life!

When you step into Sunroom Studios, here's a little reminder of our space rules to help everyone enjoy the experience:

🪑 Leave the studio as you found it. Feel free to move décor and small furniture, but please return everything to its original spot before leaving. A list of items that must stay put will be provided in our Studio Policies at booking.

👟 Leave outdoor shoes and wet items at the entrance on the coat rack and shoe tray. Clean, indoor shoes are welcome, but please no standing on the furniture—especially our cozy chairs!

🔊 Keep noise levels mindful as we share the building with others.

🚭 For the safety and comfort of all, no smoking, va**ng, or alcohol consumption, and please no open flames (candles, sparklers, or smoke machines).

Thanks for helping us keep our seat—and the space—comfortable for everyone! 💫
