Hi everyone,

A little winter update from our countryside home… we are completely snowed in this morning. The drifts are piled so high along our gravel road that we can’t make it into town just yet.

As soon as the road is cleared and we can safely make the trip, we’ll be on our way to the mall to open Santa photos for the day.

Thank you for your kindness, patience, and understanding.

We’ll share an update the moment we’re headed in.

We can’t wait to be there spreading a little holiday magic with you. ✨🎄

I want to thank Mrs. Claus for coming to Brandon Shoppers Mall. I adored every moment. It was truly magical.

When I first started taking Santa photos, I kept thinking, how cute would it be to host a Mrs. Claus day?

If Mrs. Claus was coming to town, I wanted it to feel magical, and I wanted it to go toward something meaningful.

So I thought about it, and that’s when Mrs. Claus Monday was created.

I was inspired by my son, who used his very first paycheque to purchase a gift for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Westman Christmas Wish Tree. It warmed my heart. That evening, I decided all proceeds from Mrs. Claus Monday needed to go toward purchasing gifts for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Westman.

When I reached out, they loved the idea. They also shared that they were especially in need of gifts for teens. I thought, how perfect. I have a few teenage staff members who know exactly what a teen would want. What an opportunity to let them shop for gifts for the Angel Tree. Everyone was excited to be part of it.

Tonight was my very first Mrs. Claus Monday, and while we didn’t have a large turnout, it was magical in every way.

From our very first visitors eagerly waiting for Mrs. Claus’s arrival, to the kids who are scared of Santa but thrilled to meet Mrs. Claus, to the friends who came simply to support the cause & even get an autograph, every part of tonight meant something.

Today we raised $516 through photo sessions and donations to purchase gifts for those in need, and that feels pretty magical to me, all while creating a memorable experience.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and Shoppers Mall for supporting this idea.

Hi Everyone!

We just received a very special message from Mrs. Claus herself, and we knew right away that her visit to Brandon needed to be extra magical this year.

When she heard about the Angel Tree at the mall and how it helps families in our community who need a little extra love during the holidays, she was genuinely touched. She told us she wanted to do something meaningful while she’s here, and honestly, we couldn’t agree more.

So we’ve decided to make Mrs. Claus Monday something truly unforgettable.

On Monday, December 8th, we will be donating 100% of the proceeds from all photos with Mrs. Claus to purchase gifts for those in need this holiday season. Every photo taken will directly help bring holiday joy to children right here in our community.

Thank you for helping us create something special. Not just for the little ones meeting Mrs. Claus, but for families who could use a bit of extra magic this Christmas.

We cannot wait to see you there.
