From conception, design, partnerships, content, logistics, and all of the details in between, every member of our team worked alongside Mahoganey Jones, CMP, DES, HMCC our CEO, our partners, speakers, and ambassadors with one shared goal:

To create a true forum where leaders could step away from the day-to-day, challenge ideas, learn from one another, and leave with greater clarity.

The event may have lasted three days.

The collaboration behind it took months.

To our co-host and strategic partner Anthony Vade, CED, thank you for partnering to create something amazing for our audience and for challenging the way Forums are designed.

We’re looking for a Canadian-based Contract Conference Manager to join the Event Specialists team.

Not someone who just “plans events.”
Someone who can run a show. 😉

If you love a solid timeline, can manage stakeholders without breaking a sweat, and know how to keep a planning timeline tight while everything around you is moving… we should talk.

This role is for someone who:
✔️ Is strong in logistics and project management
✔️ Can lead client relationships with confidence
✔️ Understands production, speakers, vendors, sponsors and all the moving parts
✔️ Is comfortable with event tech (bonus if you know PheedLoop or Swoogo)
✔️ Can think on their feet and solve problems in real time

We work on corporate and association events. The expectations are high, but so is the level of trust and collaboration.

Internal meeting does not mean the bar drops.

If rushed content, clunky production, or a scattered agenda would not be acceptable for an external audience, it should not be acceptable internally either.

Internal meetings send a signal. They tell your team what matters, how much preparation went into the moment, and how seriously leadership takes the experience.

The difference between a strong internal meeting and a forgettable one is rarely budget. It is intention.

Clear purpose for every session.
Time built in for transitions and thinking.
Production choices that support the message instead of competing with it.

You do not need more content. You need less noise and better structure.

When internal meetings are designed with intention, engagement rises and friction drops. People feel it immediately.
