As technology advances, we start to see a generation preoccupied, engulfed, inattentive, and insensitive to what is happening in the world, all thanks to the scroll. I too find it struggle to separate myself from a device that seems too long for attention. This is attention we should be paying forward to our family and friends. I challenge those who are reading this to pick one day, just one day, to leave your tech behind. Put down your phones and focus on those you love.
