✨ Step into a fairytale at Kasteel de Haar, near Utrecht! 🏰🇳🇱 This magnificent castle is one of the most beautiful and impressive castles in the Netherlands. Surrounded by lush gardens, peaceful ponds, and beautiful landscapes. The castle’s stunning towers, grand interiors, and medieval-inspired architecture make every corner picture-perfect. 🌿📸 Once rebuilt in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Kasteel de Haar combines historic charm with luxurious elegance. A visit here is like traveling back in time while enjoying the beauty of the Dutch countryside. Definitely a magical place to explore! ❤️✨ The kids enjoyed playing croquet, bocce, and tennis - all in the palace grounds.

is such a fun place for a day out! 🌿✨ Known as the largest playground in Europe, it has something for everyone—from huge slides and climbing areas to exciting rides and endless spaces to run around and play. Whether you’re visiting with little ones or bigger kids, there’s always something new to discover. It’s the kind of place where kids can have a blast, get their energy out, and make memories while adults can simply enjoy watching them have fun. It has been 13 years since I visited the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and yesterday was special as my Grandmas sister and her family got to meet my kids and husband. She was thrilled and tried her best to use English that she hasn’t used in years! The hospitality was beyond lovely 🥰 and just an overall great day - a day where my kids got to experience that family spans the globe 🌎

A barefoot path (blotevoetenpad) 🦶in the Netherlands is a fun outdoor trail designed to be walked without shoes. Instead of a normal paved or gravel path, you walk across natural surfaces such as sand, mud, grass, wood, stones, water, and tree bark. The different textures stimulate your feet and make the walk a playful sensory experience. Barefoot paths are popular with families, children, and anyone looking for a relaxing activity in nature. They can be found in several parts of the Netherlands, often in forests, parks, or countryside areas. Bring a towel and expect your feet to get dirty!

Jumbaloo Ridgeway has tried a new concept and has an entire section called Active City that is an add on to the traditional playground. It reminds me of a Mario run! My daughter loved it and my son who is younger found it very challenging! There is an additional cost to this area and you have a time limit - I found this part tricky as kids want to go back and forth between activities- so to combat this I used this area as our transition home so we used it for the last 20 minutes of our visit!

Mississauga families, blast off to space with Jumbaloo Ridgeway

This new playground is Jumbaloo’s second location in Mississauga. Offering a new world of fun, adventure and movement opportunities. The main playground features 4 slides, a toddler zone with ball pit and other tactile activities, a ninja obstacle course, a unique climbing area with blow up balls and much more! Children cost $21.50+ HST and parents cost $3.25+ HST. My son rated it a 5 ⭐️ playground!

They have tried a unique concept and have a special area called Active City - an additional cost that includes Cosmic Climb/Orbit Run/Lava Leap - starting at $9.00 for 20 minutes! (This area will be featured in a separate video)

POV: The kids are bored and waiting for a plan. 🎈Funvilla Milton to the rescue. Open 10am-8pm daily and only $23.99 a kid for 2.5 hours of entertainment! 1 adult free with each child.
