We would like to extend a special thank you to everyone who joined us today for the Portugal Day Flag Raising. The presence of our Portuguese community at events like these is incredibly important. Every person who attends helps strengthen our community, preserve our traditions, and proudly showcase our Portuguese heritage for future generations. As we celebrate Portugal Week in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, we are proud and grateful.

A sincere thank you to Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury for its continued support of our Portuguese community.

We would also like to recognize and thank:

• MP Scot Davidson
• Deputy Mayor Raj Sandhu
• Councillors Peter Ferragine, Joseph Giordano, Peter Dykie, Nickolas Harper, and Cheraldean Duhaney

As well as all of the dedicated committee members and volunteers of the Portuguese Cultural Centre of Bradford and the Our Lady of Fatima Committee, whose hard work and commitment help make events like this possible.
