Bring on a shade trailer! With its dark green leaves and cascading growth behaviour, German Ivy is a store favourite for shade planters and hanging baskets.
This annual is a trailer but it doesn’t lose its centre as it has stronger stems. Think…a 1960’s high ponytail shape.
It’s a great option for shady locations as it can tolerate low light very well.
