📢ANNOUNCEMENT📢

Hello, everyone!

After three wonderful years of creating grazing tables together, Kelly and I have decided it’s time to close this chapter of our charcuterie journey. We’re so grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way and allowed us to bring joy to your gatherings through our passion for beautifully crafted charcuterie.

As we move forward, we’re excited to focus on our bigger passions, but we’ll always treasure the memories made with you all. If our tables have brightened your days, please know that’s been our greatest reward.

To anyone interested, we’ll be selling all of our table props and accessories. Keep an eye out for our post with prices and details, or feel free to reach out directly.

Join us at Journey North Cider Co. on August 17th at 7:00pm for an evening of fun!

Here’s how it works:

Come alone, or with your friends, and grab your choice of beverage. Find your assigned seats that will include all the food and supplies you will need for the night!

We will provide demonstrations and techniques as well as any guidance you require. Feel free to express your creative freedom to make your board unique.

When we are all done, take some pics of the board, and with your pals, then we will package up your beautiful creation to take home to WOW your friends and family.

$100 per seat

What’s included:
- One 10” palm leaf platter to build your own take-home creation (serves 2-4).
- All the food, tips, and tricks, to make a gorgeous spread.
- Step by step instructions created by Katelynn- one of the owners of Gouda & Brie Charcuterie.
- A take-home document, recapping everything we went through, as well as a checklist for your next creation!
- A jar of delicious Canadian honey and wooden honey dipper.
- One complimentary beverage of your choice.
- A one-hour guided workshop on how to cut and style cheese, meats, and accompaniments to design the perfect board!
- Cracker sides
