Meet Mr. & Mrs. Silva 🤍⁠

Victoria & Nickson said “I do” on July 10, 2026, with a beautiful destination wedding in Punta Cana. Their love story all started somewhere a little closer to home… in a restaurant.⁠

“He was the chef, I was the server, and somehow between the kitchen and the dining room we found each other.”⁠
⁠
Years later, Nickson proposed in the Bahamas, which is the same place they took their very first vacation together, making it the perfect place to start their next chapter. ⁠

For her wedding day, Victoria wore our Livvie gown, and it was SO her. Her favourite details were the eye-catching train and the beautiful floral lace through the bodice. A stunning combination against that Punta Cana backdrop! 🏝️⁠

When we asked Victoria about her favourite wedding memory, she couldn’t choose just one. She said the entire week was unforgettable. There’s something pretty special about celebrating your marriage on vacation with the people you love most.⁠

If you’re looking for the best options in terms of any style in any colour we recommend starting your search around 8-9 months before the wedding.⁠

Why so early? Many of our Mother of the Bride & Groom dresses are special ordered in your chosen colour and size, which means they can take 4–6 months to arrive. You’ll also want to leave yourself a little extra time for alterations and to complete your look with shoes, jewelry and accessories.⁠

Prefer not to order? We also have a beautiful selection of dresses available off the rack to take home with you!⁠

🤍 A Love Story We’re Honoured to Be a Part Of | Mr. & Mrs. Powers

With Paula & Mason’s first wedding anniversary just around the corner, we couldn’t think of a better time to share a few beautiful moments from their day and celebrate almost one year of marriage! 🫶

Paula first met Mason through his brother-in-law, who invited her over for drinks with coworkers... while secretly telling Mason he needed to come meet her. They hit it off from day one, and years later Mason brought their story full circle by proposing at the Napanee waterfall trail—the spot of their very first date.

On September 13, 2025, Paula and Mason officially became husband and wife, surrounded by loved ones who travelled to celebrate alongside them. For Paula, having so many of their favourite people together, including their beloved “little” (big!) puppy Laila, was one of the most special parts of their day.

And then there was the dress. 🤍

Paula came to Runway thinking she wanted an A-line, but her stylist encouraged her to trust the process and try one wildcard, which was a fitted gown. The moment she stepped into our Sofia gown from the Refined Collection, she immediately felt like a bride.

Paula told us her favourite thing about Sofia was simply how beautiful it made her feel and when Mason saw her, she took his breath away.

Her advice after her Runway experience? Trust your consultant! Sometimes the dress you never pictured yourself wearing is the one that completely surprises you. That's exactly what we're here for.
