Some weddings are built around a venue. Others are built around a feeling.
This one was planned around a sunset ceremony, that golden hour glow, and the hope of spending a summer evening celebrating under the stars with the people who mattered most.
Every design decision was made with that vision in mind. Low florals were chosen instead of a traditional arbour so nothing would block the view as the sun dipped below the trees. Warm wooden benches created an intimate ceremony space, while lanterns, candles, and puddles of rose petals lined the aisle added just enough texture and warmth to frame the moment without competing with the landscape.
I think that's what I love most about outdoor weddings. When the setting is already beautiful, sometimes the best design choice is knowing when to keep things simple.
The goal isn't to distract from the view—it's to create a space that feels intentional, inviting, and lets nature become part of the celebration.
This ceremony will always hold a special place in my heart, and I'm so grateful to finally share a few more photos from it. 🤍
