It usually starts with saved photos. Maybe one has the flowers you love, another has the feeling, and a third has a table you can’t stop thinking about. They don’t have to match perfectly.
When you work with Heirloom, we sit down with your inspiration and your venue and look for the thread connecting it all. For this wildflower setting, that meant warm wood, relaxed florals, vintage-inspired place settings and spaces that felt welcoming from the ceremony through dinner and into the lounge.
Then we work out what that vision needs in real life: the furniture, décor, layout and all the little details that make the spaces feel connected. We choose pieces from our collection, plan where everything goes, and our team brings it in, sets it up and takes it down.
Your wedding wouldn’t look exactly like this one. That’s the point. We’d start with what you love and create something that belongs to your day.
