It started with Aaron (that's the guy behind the smoker) and his wife Jennifer. 14 years of BBQ experience, a love of fire and good food, and a simple idea: hosting shouldn't be stressful.

We saw that feeding a team or hosting an event can feel like a lot to manage. So we built a catering business that takes the pressure off the host.
