One of the events I’m proudest to coordinate each year is Dancing With the Easter Seals Stars 💛

These galas are part fundraiser, part live show, and part large-scale celebration—meaning tight timelines, rehearsals, vendors, speakers, and zero room for error. Every detail has to work together seamlessly.

That same skill set is exactly what I bring to weddings: clear timelines, calm ex*****on, and the ability to manage a lot of moving parts so the people at the center of the day can simply be present.

Grateful to support such an incredible cause—and to carry that experience into every wedding I coordinate.

Hi! I’m Jennifer, a local wedding & event coordinator serving the Simcoe–Muskoka area 👋
If you’re planning your wedding & realizing that the day itself is starting to feel overwhelming - timelines, vendors, questions, logistics - that’s exactly where I step in.
I work with couples who don’t want to spend their awesome wedding:
