Today, on International Women’s Day, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible women who help make Top Edge Tents what it is.
Did you know that half of our team is made up of women? From planning and logistics to installation and operations, their skill, dedication, and leadership are part of every event we build.
The tent and event industry has traditionally been male-dominated, but at Top Edge Tents we believe great work comes from great people — regardless of gender. Our team proves every day that strength, expertise, and teamwork have no limits.

Just a reminder we are now closed for the holidays! We will be back in office Saturday December 27 from 8:30am to 3:30pm for anyone wishing to return rental items then.

With the holidays fast approaching now is your sign to leave something other than your shopping to the last minute.

Hosting the get together? Our rentals for the holidays are booking up quickly, send us an email, submit your wishlist online or give our office a call to book your rentals for this busy season!

Our modified hours for the holidays are to allow our staff some much needed time off to be with their family but to also be as accommodating to you as possible!

Pickups of our rental items are available on December 23rd between 8:30am and 3:30pm or December 24th (Christmas Eve) between 8:30am and 12:00pm.
We are closed December 25th (Christmas Day) and December 26th (Boxing Day).

We have opened on Saturday December 27th to allow you to return your items, or you can return on Monday December 29th between 8:30am and 3:30pm.

Most importantly all of us from Top Edge Tent & Event Rentals wish you a happy and safe holiday season!

This morning we had the honour to provide chairs for the City of Barrie Remembrance Day ceremony.

On November 11th, we honour those who served, are continuing to serve and those who never made it home.

Please remember to take a moment of silence at 11am to honour those.

Did you know we carry various types of glassware along with dinner plates, soup bowls, dessert plates, silver and gold cutlery (for whichever fits your vision better!), and so much more!

Wedding party with 200 guests? No problem. Dinner party with 10 of your closest friends? We have you covered.

Skip the stress of your event dishes and let us do them.

Here at Top Edge Tent & Event Rentals we clean, sanitize and package all our dishes ready for your next event.

All you have to do? Scrape off your dishes, empty any liquid from your glasses and return them to the crates and boxes we have provided!
