We brought echoes of the forest into the Cascade Ballroom at the Fairmont Banff Springs for recent luxury curators networking soirée.

Our vision was to celebrate and immerse the guests in Alberta’s rich Indigenous culture, highlighting some of the incredible talent our local area has to offer. We partnered with local vendors to incorporate Indigenous elements including tablecloths with unique story telling patterns, handmade dream catchers designed by , a space showcasing local artisans and crafts, and performances from a drum group and indigenous dancers arranged by . It’s safe to say it was a huge success!

We are beyond proud to announce that we’ve been nominated as Finalists for the 2025 Canadian Event Awards in the category of Best Event Design & Creative.

Working with our DMC partner Rare Indigo, we created a large-scale event featuring two distinct themes across four nights, hosting over 1,750 guests at the Fairmont Banff Springs. We transformed a single ballroom into two vastly different environments—an immersive “Rocky Mountain Camp” for the welcome dinners and an elegant “Enchanted Garden” for the galas. From hand-painted menus and a spectacular Earth harp performance, to handcrafted gifts, and custom-built reclaimed Alberta barnwood tables, the team went above and beyond for this one.

We could not have been happier with the outcome and we’re honoured to be recognized by the industry for this achievement. A big thank you to the team at Rare Indigo for bringing us on board for this incredible opportunity, and for their trust and collaboration in the process.

No great event is complete without a great after-party! We kept the good vibes rolling at the Winter Wonderland gala with this fun-packed after event. Featuring faux snow confetti, a sugar shack igloo, a tempting fondue bar, interactive VR games, a mini curling rink, and a fireplace bar! This was the after-party you didn’t want to miss!

Every year, we have the pleasure of designing a grand gala for one of our favourite clients. They are the definition of our dream client. Why? Because they love big ideas and grand visions as much as we do!

Every year we aim for ‘bigger and better’, and for their 2025 ‘Winter Wonderland’ themed Gala, we wanted to make an impact through florals on florals on florals. Our incredible in-house floral team were the stars of the show, working hard to create many centrepieces, which transformed this ballroom into an elegant winter’s dream.

Step right up! Planning this vintage circus-themed event for SKAL was an absolute thrill. This group loves something bold, and last November was no exception—rich black, red, and gold tones, dramatic feathered centerpieces, and playful Chatterbox menus brought the theme to life. The balloon entrance set the stage for a night full of fun and spectacle! We always look forward to these year-end celebrations—they’re such a joy to be a part of.
