💜 LAVENDER YOGA 💜

A favourite event among many in our community, these special evenings are taking place once again at The Lavender Farm just outside of Ayr!

Come out and join us in the beautifully renovated barn space for a fun night out with friends! Yoga will take place near the lavender field, weather permitting. Practice will be inside the barn if it rains.

You can choose one (or more) of the following dates (tickets are 75% sold!)

July 2, 9 or 16

$80 Fee (per evening) includes:

Since the Longhorn Smokehouse is fired up until 7:00 PM Wednesday through Sunday, we’ve decided to keep the Farm Store open right along with it! Now you can grab your fresh local goodies and a delicious hot dinner all in one trip.

We are looking for an energetic person to assist in the growing of lavender and other gardens. May be required to mow lawn using a zero turn riding mower. During inclement weather, indoor jobs will be substituted. These jobs could include cleaning and maintenance of the event barn and setting up for events. Projected starting date is flexible. The job is for 8 weeks (35 hours per week).

🌱 Help Us Grow Our Junior Farmers Library! 📚

We are so excited to announce that we’re building a special Nature Library right here in our classroom!
As part of our Junior Farmers program, we want to give our students every tool they need to connect with the land. From identifying the birds singing in our trees to understanding the "micro-monsters" living in our healthy, no-till soil, these books help our little explorers see the farm as one big, beautiful ecosystem.

How you can help:
If you have any gently used field guides, nature books, or agricultural stories gathering dust on your shelves, we would love to give them a second life!
We’re looking for:
🐦 Bird and wildlife identification guides
🌿 Books on plants, trees, and wildflowers
🐛 Fun facts about bugs, bees, and soil science
🚜 Stories about farm life and history

Drop-off Location:
Just bring your donations by the Farm Store during our regular hours.
