Princess Castle Cake for my Granddaughter's 4th birthday. Towers are made of rice krispee treats and are hand painted.
The shrubs are cake pops.

Monster head cake for Brady's 8th Birthday. I have made 3 cakes for him now and each year I look forward to what his theme will be.

Birch wedding cake for my grandsons wedding.
Bottom layer is white cake with tropical fruit cream filling.
Next layer is chocolate fudge cake with Dulch de Leche filling. Third tier is red velvet cake with raspberry cream cheese filling. Top layer is styrofoam. The roses and peonies are hand made. The lavender and baby's breath are real.

Birthday Cake for a very cool lady. 3 layers of chocolate fudge filled with dulce de leche, covered with layer of butter rum butter cream and topped with fondant. All decorations are made using modelling chocolate.
