Estate 248 Venue Estate 248 is a lovely country venue nestled on the Poppy Estate Golf Course. Set on the borders of Aldergrove and Langley.

Estate 248 is located on the Poppy Estate Golf Course in Aldergrove, on the corner of 248th Street and the Fraser Hwy. The golf course has an adjoining farm property and our couples have 3 rustic and romantic ceremony site options to choose from. After the ceremony you may take your wedding photos on the property and there are many lovely photo backgrounds such as old barns, stone walls and split rail fences just to name a few. Receptions take place in a white wedding tent with golf course views

Our Story

Estate 248 is a lovely romantic wedding venue located on the southwest corner of Poppy Estate Golf Course, near Langley, BC. The venue is nestled on an authentic Fraser Valley homestead and although you will feel like you are in the country, it is only minutes from all amenities. Our lovely venue is the perfect setting for weddings ceremonies, receptions and gatherings. The property boasts rustic barns, a farmhouse with an exterior stone wall, country flower gardens, split rail fences and a large grassy yard. Events are held from mid April through to the mid October and our maximum is 120 guests. Estate 248 has both options available for either an inside ceremony or if the sun is shining, an out door ceremony.
