XO Events offers several packages to suit your wedding planning needs. We will guide you through the planning process and offer you advice and expertise. We are here to provide you with lots of support and valuable insight. Let us take care of the details and all you are required to do is enjoy being the bride and groom. We offer three levels of planning:


Full Wedding Coordination

The success of a great wedding comes down to a seamless flow from beginning to end. Our full wedding coordination package is designed for couples that want to enjoy the wedding planning process but not worry about the small details. We will guide you throughout the planning process and ensure that every detail is expertly considered and implemented. We ensure that every detail fits your personality and style. Includes:
- Theme development
- Regular scheduled planning meetings
- Budget Management
- Vendor Management (recommendations, attendance at meetings)
- Assistance creating wedding day itinerary
- Use of wedding planning spread sheets
- Supervision of wedding rehearsal
- Coordination of entire wedding day including communicating with Caterer, DJ,
MC, Photographer and any other vendors
- Light décor set up (favours, menu cards, table numbers, es**rt cards, etc.)
- Access to wedding day emergency kit


Partial Wedding Planning (Month of Coordination)

This service was designed for the couple that has already started their wedding planning and requires a wedding coordinator to fine tune the details and continue the process. Maybe you have already found the ceremony and reception venues but need some guidance on a few other vendors. This package includes 4 face-to-face meetings and unlimited phone calls and emails the month before your wedding. Also includes:
- Vendor Management (recommendations, attendance at meetings)
- Assistance creating wedding day itinerary
- Use of wedding planning spread sheets
- Supervision of wedding rehearsal
- Coordination of entire wedding day including communicating with Caterer, DJ,
MC, Photographer and any other vendors
- Light décor set up (favours, menu cards, table numbers, es**rt cards, etc.)
- Access to wedding day emergency kit


Day-of-Coordination

This service will allow you to completely enjoy every minute of your special day. Your wedding coordinator will manage your entire wedding day from start to finish. We will oversee every detail so you won’t have to worry about a thing. Includes:
- 2 face-to-face meetings
- Assistance creating wedding day itinerary
- Use of wedding planning spread sheets
- Supervision of wedding rehearsal
- Coordination of entire wedding day including communicating with Caterer, DJ,
MC, Photographer and any other vendors
- Light décor set up (favours, menu cards, table numbers, es**rt cards, etc.)
- Access to wedding day emergency kit
