Surgery Update - 2 weeks in and we've settled into a nice routine: physio exercises 3 times a day, ice and compression every 1.5-2 hours, short walks throughout the day and some crafting time in-between. A huge thank you to my daughter for handling all the healthy meals and my sister for being the chauffeur and cleaning up after us and to both of them for taking such good care of me ❤️❤️

Taking a little hiatus this August as I recover from a partial knee replacement. 5 days post-op and everything is going great: doing my rehab at home before official physio starts and getting 15 minutes or so of walking outside twice a day. Keep an eye on our socials and emails for Fall updates and class start times.
