Ever wondered what a wedding coordinator actually does?

Yes, sometimes it looks like this. Fixing small details, lighting candles, or helping make the space perfect before guests arrive. But that is only a tiny part of what I do.

I start supporting my couples up to 12 months before their wedding. I review vendor logistics, build detailed timelines, catch the little things that could go wrong, and make sure every piece fits together seamlessly. I also create a personalized final to-do list so nothing gets missed.

A wedding coordinator does not just set up and take down your decor. We work for you. We are the ones making sure all your vendors, deliveries, and details come together exactly as planned, often managing 10 to 15 wedding professionals behind the scenes so you do not have to.

The goal is for you to feel calm, confident, excited, and fully present when your day finally arrives.

You, your family, and your friends should be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the celebration. You should not have to worry about when the caterer should start dinner or where the florist needs to set up.

I am there through every moment, quietly making sure everything runs exactly as planned so you can stay fully in the moment. In the photo of the couple’s first dance, you can even spot me in the background keeping an eye on everything.
