EXCITING NEWS! We are even adding more stalls for this season’s shows on top of the ones we added during last year's season in our new stall barn!
How does Stall Booking work for Meadowlarke Summer Series shows? See below!
1. All stalls are to be booked with your entry on SGL. Stalls are to be assigned to the horse, no stall sharing allowed.
2. Any stalls booked longer than a day like overnight & day stall or 1st Day & 2nd Day stall per entry, stalls are required to be cleaned by exhibitor, must bring your own supplies to clean stalls. Please keep your area clean! Any stalls that are excessively dirty upon departure will be charged a cleaning stall fee of $30+hst.
3. Any stalls booked longer than a day per entry, horses can stay during the duration during the time the stalls are booked. Stalls will NOT be cleaned out if booked longer than a day stall, exhibitors must clean their own stall during the time of rental.
4. ONLY Single DAY STALLS (1st Day Stall or 2nd Day Stall) will be cleaned in-between days (arrival 2 hours prior to start of show day, departure 30 minutes after show is finished for the day)
5. Stalls will be initially bedded with shavings, shavings bags are available to be purchased if needed. Hay is also available to purchase as well.
6. Overnight stalls start at 3pm (please make arrangements with office if earlier time is needed)
7. Remember as always, any stalls booked must provide vaccination paperwork for horses stabling via email.
8. Trainers can add hay, shavings, tack stalls to their trainer account on SGL and can be split between entries, please notify the office if splits are required otherwise trainer will be responsible for fees on their account at end of show.
9. We do not provide water buckets, hooks, clips, hay nets, cleaning supplies like pitchforks, wheelbarrow for stalls.
10. Stalls are non-refundable after due date.
