At the suggestion of Ron Birrell, Doug Fread designed & created in stained glass this gorgeous transom design highlighting our address. Cutting the glass precisely and soldering each tiny piece required over 100 hours of painstaking work. Did we mention both gentlemen are former chairs of Heritage Acton? Acton Town Hall Centre is like that, it stays in your heart forever 🫶
