Sitting alongside 19 powerful and successful women at a pool in the sun for 5 days taught me once again how strong community is. What we build is what lasts.

My intention behind The Power Of Presence is for a community to lean in to when things get hard and one that will be there to cheer on your successes!!

Being at THE SPOTLIGHT AUTHORITY has been such an experience. Expanding, encouraging, growth mindset, all of it.

The power of bringing together a room of driven, talented and supportive women is next level. A year ago I did not know I would be doing this. It wasn’t part of my grand plan for my business but sometimes that’s the best part.

The unplanned pockets of genius that become your purpose in your business. Bringing people together has always been something I do. I just viewed it as what I did for fun. But planning costume parties, dinner parties, family gatherings….had always brought me joy. And now to get to do it with other incredible women, leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, that’s next level!

If you’ve been feeling like you haven’t quite found your ‘tribe’ yet, join us on November 6th. You might just find exactly what you are looking for in that room.

Our room is kept intentionally intimate so that we can have time for genuine connection with each other. The core of my events always is ‘human connection driven events’ whether in a sales context of a trade show or in a room of female powerhouses!

If you haven’t bought your ticket yet, there are some things you might miss out on. First of all, our tickets are limited. We are intentionally keeping the evening small to allow for better conversations and connections. Second of all, we are going to have some FUN!! What’s an evening out if it we aren’t having some fun!

But beyond that. We’re also giving ourselves permission to expand into our next version. Our next phase. Where our dreams are taking us!

I’ve been in so many rooms recently, where we talk about our big dreams. Going after them, chasing them, accomplishing them. And I love that. But so many times I’ve gone home a bit discouraged because I couldn’t pin pot exactly what mine was.

Yes, I know that I want to be successful in what I do, but what exactly is that. So, I thought I’d bring you along with me as I figure out what it is. I suspect that along the way I’ll find a lot of things that are NOT my dream, but it’s always a step closer.

It has been a very exhausting couple of weeks for me. I’m reminded though that complaining about the things you once dreamed about feels like telling the universe you don’t appreciate it. So I’m choosing to be grateful.

Grateful to be tired from doing amazing things.

I sometimes imagine telling my younger self that host events that see THOUSANDS of people come through our doors in four days….that was never on my bingo card.

My biggest flex is getting to bring together people, build communities of shared interests or goals, and The Power Of Presence is the culmination of that. This morning I got the chills realizing that I was offering a platform for women to get to experience something I always dreamt of doing, speaking on stages. Being able to amplify their voice and message!

So, today I’m grateful to be tired. Grateful to have incredible people around me that support and encourage me. Let’s do the same together on November 6th!

What a journey it has been. Creme De La Show has made me grow, expand, and learn so much in its few years of being in existence. And the most amazing thing is that we are just getting started. What our future path and journey will be has not been fully planned out but whatever is in the cards is going to be amazing.

CDLS is no longer accepting client events. Unless I can commit fully to a project, it is not something I can align myself with. My clients deserve the best and fullest version of me on their side and that’s the only way we can operate.

We aren’t going anywhere though. We’ve got lots of great things in store and we’re going to continue to grow and expand our owned events!

And on that note, if you haven’t bought your ticket yet for The Power Of Presence, you should do so!! It’s going to be a killer event. 😉💃🏼

We all know a network is important, but we stop viewing it as a transaction and rather building a community, it all changes.

I could have never scaled to what my business is today, without this incredible community I had built. And I’m so grateful for that.

My passion with The Power Of Presence is to ensure that we have time to connect, communicate and grow our network. Build on pre-existing relationships ships and making new ones!
