A spectacular gala event held by Abbotsford Fire Department.
Fundraiser for the Abbotsford Starfish program. Great cause and a fanatic event planed by AFD. Was a great pleasure to be the food service provider and sponsor of this event.

Final night
After 32 days strait and 59 events we finished strong.
Thanks to all the staff and Ines Dicks for the tiresome effort.
Well deserved 10 days off to enjoy family friends.

Great evening servicing the UFV Town and Gown
Roasted beet salad with beet chips and marinated mozzarella.
Second course was our braised beef short rib spaghetti vegetables parsnip purée and roasted yams
Third course lemon cheese cake ,lavender mousse with raspberry coulis ,chocolate fan,
