Kayley & Mike 🕊️ The most perfect day from start to finish. We loved dreaming up this celebration alongside our insanely talented bride — every single detail was so thoughtfully layered to feel fresh, modern, and so them.

Some of my favourite moments? That chic pre-ceremony prosecco welcome, our ceremony platform framed in airy & intentional hydrangea & calla lilies, the bar setup that deserves its own post (coming soon when we have the full gallery 🤍), the organic & elegant tablescapes, the CAKE (!!!), and our new custom stone signage we’re so excited to now have featured on the web, ready to rent!!

Sadie and Camil’s wedding weekend on Galiano Island was one for the books 🤍

With guests flying in from all corners of the continent, Bodega Ridge became the dreamiest home base—a tucked away haven that brought everyone together in the sweetest way. From the moment everyone began arriving, it was clear this weekend was going to be something special.

We loved delivering welcome packages across the island, each one filled with locally sourced BC snacks and beverages to kick off the festivities. Friday’s paella welcome party was full of warmth & reunions and mornings were made even sweeter with coffee & breakfast runs to The Pink Geranium Cafe—Bodega’s newest gem.

One of our absolute favourite details was our seating chart featuring playing card decks, each complete with hand-painted illustrations by our couples incredibly talented aunt. Inspired by the nature surrounding Bodega—arbutus trees, eagles, otters, wildflowers… and even a llama or two—it was the most charming and personal touch, and an incredible keepsake for every guest.

So glad Sadie found us on Pinterest (!!!) 18 months ago—what a joy it’s been to plan, dream, and bring this heartfelt weekend to life together with the most lovely couple!!

It was a celebration full of heart, beauty, and intention—and we’re feeling so lucky to have been part of it all. 💛

INTRODUCING TO YOU, THE 2025 EVENTS BY ELLE TEAM. Literally cannot believe I have these gals in my corner — absolutely phenomenal, each one of them. From left to right, meet Tori, Maria, Elle, Morgan, Olivia, and Hannah!

Here’s to a year ahead of unforgettable weddings, overpacking for every wedding weekend away, heavy lifting & loading, pinterest-ing, stationery designing & printing, ironing & steaming, hours of bow tying, and so many early morning starbucks runs pre wedding & 3 am drives home filled with belly laughs!!

If there’s one thing we all have in common, it’s how much we love what we do. And in my opinion, that’s the best thing you could ask for in a team. When passion and care are behind every decision, design, and detail—it shows.

The faces behind the emails, timelines, to do lists, and perfectly folded napkins ✨ We’re the ones carrying ladders in heels, adjusting place settings until they’re just right, and making sure every detail looks just as good in real life as it does in your Pinterest board. I’m feeling so lucky and excited heading into our 2025 wedding season with this powerhouse team in my corner. The heart, hustle, and humor these women bring to the table is unmatched—I can’t wait to execute the magic we’ve been designing & planning together all winter!!!

Caleigh & Steve’s gorgeous wedding at The Grand Hall! Simply had to highlight more details from this stunning day! We loved doubling our champagne wall as an es**rt card / seating chart — guests absolutely loved coming in & finding their glass! I overheard so many gals exclaiming “oh my gosh that is so sweet!” & taking photos of their elegant es**rt card which we had carefully designed, embossed the edges, and then tied to each glass with a minimal ribbon. The little details never go unnoticed ✨ I often tell my clients it’s worth it to spend funds on elements that each guest personally receives, specifically with their name on it in some way. Whether it’s a welcome drink—even better with their name on it!— a branded matchbox favour waiting at their place setting, or thank you note at their seat — those are the little details they’ll remember & talk about! Happy planning! Xx
