The faces behind the emails, timelines, to do lists, and perfectly folded napkins ✨ We’re the ones carrying ladders in heels, adjusting place settings until they’re just right, and making sure every detail looks just as good in real life as it does in your Pinterest board. I’m feeling so lucky and excited heading into our 2025 wedding season with this powerhouse team in my corner. The heart, hustle, and humor these women bring to the table is unmatched—I can’t wait to execute the magic we’ve been designing & planning together all winter!!!

Caleigh & Steve’s gorgeous wedding at The Grand Hall! Simply had to highlight more details from this stunning day! We loved doubling our champagne wall as an es**rt card / seating chart — guests absolutely loved coming in & finding their glass! I overheard so many gals exclaiming “oh my gosh that is so sweet!” & taking photos of their elegant es**rt card which we had carefully designed, embossed the edges, and then tied to each glass with a minimal ribbon. The little details never go unnoticed ✨ I often tell my clients it’s worth it to spend funds on elements that each guest personally receives, specifically with their name on it in some way. Whether it’s a welcome drink—even better with their name on it!— a branded matchbox favour waiting at their place setting, or thank you note at their seat — those are the little details they’ll remember & talk about! The first few details from Beryl and Kevin’s cocktail hour — starting with the most important element, the bar & beverages!! 🍸🫒🧡✨

Carefully thinking through each element of the cocktail hour during the planning period is so important! What drink will be the most popular (taking everything into account from weather to time of day to knowing your guests preferences & more!), having the appropriate amount of bartenders and even secondary bars, and ensuring they have enough pre batched & ready to go! My favourite tip is having your bar team make enough of the signature cocktails during the ceremony for between 25-50% of your guest count! This is an amazing way to immediately remove the aspect of a bar line, as well as is such a welcoming experience for your guests! This adds elegance to the overall wedding design & creates a picture worthy moment for your guests — all such amazing bonuses while not spending any extra costs, as guests will be ordering them either way! Might as well also take advantage of no line ups & a gorgeous display!

Now let’s take a minute & appreciate how much our bar adds to the wedding design, instead of just tables & linens! I am so immensely in love with our bar rental, I carefully designed every inch of it and my husband built her for me!! I love the elegance, simplicity and functionality! The back side has three deep shelves which are the perfect height for any bottle & glass or even glass racks! There is a working height shelf at the back which is the perfect space for bartenders to mix & garnish those custom cocktails while keeping the upper display level neat & clean, just for placing the finished cocktails! The wrap around upper display is also so perfect for menus, decor & florals! The bar is one of our busiest rentals, and also requires our delivery services which are limited — add her to your wish list asap before she gets booked!!

We stepped straight into the wizarding world with our amazing clients Beryl & Kevin for the Quatro Wizarding Tournament—their epic wedding welcome party that was equal parts Harry Potter magic and college frat nostalgia! ✨🪄✉️

Friends flew in from all corners of the globe to reunite for this phenomenal weekend! Having to take a private water taxi to this island venue added to the adventure & experience of this once in a lifetime weekend away. Upon arriving at the dock guests were met with gorgeous florals and a guest check in wall which directed them to their house & team for the weekend. Each of the four guest houses at Barnabas were transformed into Hogwarts-worthy themed headquarters 🪄🤎 Guests were divided into four teams (inspired by their university frat groups) and dressed cosily within their house colours for the welcome festivities. The island was decked out with themed decor, my favourite being the Hogwarts acceptance letters dangling from chandeliers like the owl post had gone rogue🦉📜

The party kicked off with themed cocktails & a casual taco bar feast 🌮 followed by a hilarious marathon of drinking games, hot tubbing, ocean swimming & hanging out in the themed living areas 🍻🪩🌊

It was the perfect celebration of everything that makes this couple so special: fun, adventurous, unique, generous & caring. They put on the best party all weekend for their guests and our team had the BEST time helping bring this magical, wild vision to life 💫 Stay tuned for more of this weekends details to come!!!

R & A 🕊️ We absolutely adored working on this special weekend & wedding day with our client Rahana 🤍 We focused on making their wedding design timeless, elegant, romantic, modern and minimal — while still being full of delicate and intentional details. Some of our favourite details were the gorgeous cake, the stunning florals, the card game guestbook, the A&W late night snack served in the cute to go trays complete with custom stickers of course, and the homemade cookies that Rahana made herself (!!) from her dear grandmas well known & loved recipe. We love when our clients wedding days are a true representation and reflection of them & their love. We loved this day & every minute of the planning process! 🤍

Deniz & Rich 🤎 I truly don’t know where to begin with this one! Their wedding celebrations were so truly unique & delicately planned to suit their own lives & love — it was perfect in every way. Here’s the details!!

The elopement! On a gorgeous Thursday in September we met with their immediate family at a gorgeous private villa that we rented hourly for the occasion. Her mom & sister brought delicious sandwiches and an amazing spread, champagne, and a home made cake! We hired a commissioner who legally married them in the backyard. Deniz & Rich shared the most beautiful vows and tears were shed by literally everyone 🤍 Followed by a champagne toast and the cake cutting of course! It was the perfect afternoon. The stunning villa made for the most stunning family & couple portraits!!

The dinner party!! That following Saturday, Deniz & Rich got to get dressed up again to celebrate with more of their loved ones! We called it a dinner party all along and not a wedding — but the guests knew what was up and came dressed to the nines! Deniz and Rich walked over from their home down the block to their favourite restaurant, where we hosted the celebratory dinner. It was a beyond magical evening filled with laughter, fine cocktails, dancing around the bar & an absolutely delicious family style meal, brought out over multiple hours! It was one for the books — such a special celebration 🤎

Being able to be apart of planning and executing these most special days & moments is the biggest honour and never something we take for granted! Beyond lucky!!

The Hempsted’s 🤎 This intimate wedding day at my clients lakefront property was so special to be apart of! Some highlights of the day for me was my client Courtney’s ceremony entrance in their boat with her dad, the gorgeous live music by , the all black guest dresscode (looked & felt so elevated!), the lakeside private cake cutting, the tablescapes — everything about this day was special, intentional & FUN. We absolutely loved executing Caleb & Courtney’s special day along with the most amazing vendor team who we now get to call our friends 🥹 Enjoy these photos & details!
