West Island Jiu-jitsu Christmas party. What an amazing event. Inspired by seeing the Gracie Jiu-jitsu Christmas ornament so I figured WIJJ needed one of their own. No hanging these on a tree they are too delish to just look at.
Red - Carribean carrot cake with Jamaican Rum soaked rasins and coconut,
Green - Vanilla with Eggnog
Teal - Chocolate peppermint.
Nothing says holidays more then those flavors!!!

Iron Man in all his glory. The head is Brownie Cake with a Bitter Sweet Buttercream, the body Vanilla Bean cake with Fresh Strawberries and Vanilla Buttercream. Happy 35th Birthday to you Parham.

Grilling with West Island Jiu-Jitsu. Annual BBQ Party requires a fabulous cake.

This cake was made up of two cakes. Top cake had rum cream buttercream and Bottom cake was vanilla buttercream and fresh strawberries.
