Throwback-2025 inauguration of Sheep Barn at Yo Creek in collaboration with the Taiwanese Mission and the government of Belize. We are grateful to have been a part of such a meaningful project. It was not only a celebration of progress in agriculture, but also a great learning experience filled with shared knowledge and cultural exchange. Present was Hon. Abelardo Mai, Mr. Baeza, Mr. Sergio Hernandez, many persons in the agriculture department, farmers and the Taiwanese Ambassador, whose warmth and friendliness made everyone feel welcome and valued.

One of the memorable moments was the sheep chewing up the inauguration bow-a perfect, unplanned touch to the day!

A few years ago we had the pleasure of decorating a stunning tropical-themed wedding for my cousin Rosanna and her husband Marco, and I am finally sharing a glimpse of the setup! the backdrop was a lush blend of Bird of Paradise, bright pink gingers, tropical palms, and vines, illuminated at the back by soft fairy lights for a magical touch. It was all exactly as they imagined, and seeing their joy made it all worth it!
