I am reaching out to kindly request your assistance in sharing an opportunity that is very close to my heart.
I own a Granite and tombstone business that has unfortunately reached a point where financial pressures and existing obligations have made it difficult for me to continue operating it. However, I firmly believe the business still has significant potential and can thrive under someone with the capacity to take it forward.
The business currently has branches and an established presence in Palapye and Gaborone. It also has an existing customer base and a backlog of orders that still need to be completed. The outstanding balances to be collected from these existing orders amount to approximately P150,000.
To complete the backlog, stock and materials worth approximately P80,000 are required. These materials do not need to be purchased all at once, as the work can be completed in stages, making it easier to manage cash flow while collecting payments from customers along the way.
My goal is not to make a profit from this situation, but rather to ensure that the business survives, customers are served, and the opportunity is not lost. I am therefore looking for someone interested in taking over the business and continuing its operations.
While I would appreciate a minimum consideration of P50,000, I am flexible and willing to discuss a payment arrangement if necessary. A structured payment plan can be drafted to make the transition easier for the new owner.
To ensure a smooth handover, I am also willing to remain involved during the transition period and assist the new owner until the business has stabilized. I want to see the business succeed and am prepared to share my knowledge, systems, and customer information to make the process as seamless as possible.
