The company is based in Gaborone, and has another branch in Francistown. This makes it easier to offer services country wide. Ratco Events was founded by a young and dynamic Motswana woman, Mrs Moratiwa Habana whose events management style is innovative

She works for the company on a fulltime basis. She pulled together resources that included her compassion for organizing events and decor, to come up with a company that is fit to compete with the best in the industry.The company is co-directed by Mr Cowell Habana, who provides management and financial expertise. The two Directors are professionals, Cowell is a Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and Moratiwa holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Services, currently reading for a doctoral degree.
